Join our vibrant team as a Nail Technician you will deliver expert nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements, while creating a welcoming and luxurious experience.
We are open to 50-50 share of the takings or offer a day rental of the chair.
Duties
- Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work station in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Provide personalized consultations to understand guest preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or enhancements.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently at the front desk to maximize guest flow and satisfaction.
- Engage with guests through friendly communication, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable throughout their visit.
- Promote retail products related to nail care and beauty to support guest needs and increase revenue.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a professional salon or spa setting.
- Strong knowledge of current nail trends, techniques, and sanitation protocols.
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to manage social media accounts for promotional purposes if needed.
- Skills in eyelash extensions, makeup application.
- A passion for hospitality, guest services, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
