Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and attentive Glass Collector to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently collecting, cleaning, and organizing glassware to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests. Duties
- Collect used glassware from dining areas, bar stations, and outdoor spaces promptly and efficiently.
- Clean, sanitize, and organize glassware according to health and safety standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, supporting the kitchen team during busy periods.
- Ensure all glassware is stored properly to prevent damage and facilitate easy access for staff.
- Maintain clear communication with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to coordinate smooth service flow.
- Monitor the cleanliness of work areas, including storage rooms and dishwashing stations.
- Support other team members with general hospitality duties to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or restaurant environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of food preparation and handling procedures is a plus.
- Experience working in hotels or bars enhances your suitability for this role.
- Strong communication skills are essential for effective teamwork and guest interaction.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Kitchen experience or barista experience is advantageous but not required.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to support team efforts are key qualities for success in this role.
