Morning & evening shifts: 07:00–14:00 | 16:00–22:00
Guaranteed-hours contracts available – up to 40 hours per week

You’ll be part of a responsive team supporting people to regain independence, confidence and daily living skills — often at a critical point following hospital discharge.
What we offer

- £28,000–£36,000+ annual earning potential based on regular 4-day long-shift patterns
- 10–13 hour long shifts available
- Guaranteed-hours contracts up to 40 hours per week
- 45p per mile mileage
- Block pay from start to finish of your shift – no unpaid gaps between calls

Your role
- Provide short-term, strengths-based reablement support
- Support with personal care, mobility, meals and daily living
- Help people regain confidence and independence
- Respond flexibly to changing needs and referrals
- Record and communicate progress, risks and concerns
- Work alongside OTs, nurses, physios and other professionals
- Support people to achieve their reablement goals
You’ll need
- Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- A caring, flexible and proactive approach
- Ability to work across Exeter and surrounding areas
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential – full training provided
