Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Take accurate orders for food and beverages, and maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and allergy information to assist guests effectively
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring presentation quality and guest satisfaction
- Handle bar service duties, including bartending and barista tasks, with attention to detail and safety protocols
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations by adhering to proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
Experience
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly preferred
- Familiarity with catering services and serving in fast-paced settings enhances your ability to excel in this role
- Barista or bartending experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility in beverage service
- Knowledge of food safety standards ensures safe handling of all food and drink items
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for creating welcoming guest interactions
