Coversure Sudbury, are seeking a part-time Insurance Administrator to support the day to day running of a busy insurance office.

About the Insurance Administration role:
This role is working every Monday and Friday 9-4pm. Possible additional hours available during busy periods.
****Please note - Past insurance experience is essential for this role****
You will join the friendly and supportive team at our recently refurbished office in Sudbury. The main purpose of the role is to work closely with and support our Director and Senior Account Manager to ensure excellent Service to our Commercial and Personal Lines client.
Key objectives & responsibilities will include:
· Answering incoming calls and directing call accordingly
· Inputting information to various systems accurately
· Processing insurance documents and invoicing
· Obtaining and chasing Pre-renewal information for Clients and Insurers to ensure our clients Insurance needs are accurate and up to date
· Processing and obtaining premium collection
· To ensure compliance with local procedures, customer service standards and external compliance regulations, e.g. FCA & Consumer Duty.
· To assist in team performance by regular communication with colleagues and manager to establish and raise concerns and provide solutions.
About you
As our Insurance Administrator, you will ideally have experience of working within an insurance environment and have strong customer service and administration skills.
You will also be or have:
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
· Motivation to work towards and achieve team and individual targets
· Experience in handling new business enquires
· Ability to work supportively and jointly with colleagues
· Work well under pressure and to deadlines when required, without supervision
· Able to prioritise and organise own workload
· Experience of using Microsoft office and ideally Acturis
