We are seeking an enthusiastic Front of House / Parts Advisor to join our busy Garden Machinery dealership. We are a Honda and Stihl main dealer, selling garden tractors, lawnmowers, robotic mowers and a full range of handheld machinery.
Main Responsibilities and duties
- Serve customers in retail showroom, maintaining quality and professional ‘front desk’ service.
- Be proactive in gaining new sales & generating additional business. Follow up of sales leads.
- Looking up, ordering and receipt of parts for workshop & customers. Replenishment of stock in the showroom.
- Receipt and booking-in of machinery for the workshop. Supply of parts to workshop as required.
- Organising the loads for our collection and delivery vehicle.
- Invoicing & other administrative / inventory tasks, including stock-taking.
- Build strong and loyal relationships with new and current customers.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: £29,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
