The Membership Sales and Fitness Consultant:
You will have a proven track record of successfully working in a high-quality service or sales environment, enjoy working to targets and delivering on a consistent basis. You will thrive in a structured sales-driven working environment. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a friendly, outgoing personality. You will enjoy working both within and outside of the club environment and you will enjoy the opportunity to engage members of the public in health and fitness. It would be advantageous if you have already worked in sales within the fitness industry, but this is not essential.
What are we looking for?
The perfect applicant will have a proven track record in sales, experience of fitness club operations and a passion for health and fitness.
· A high-energy self-starter with a great personality, naturally sales-focused and target driven with a desire to overachieve.
· You will have a proven track record in sales in a high quality sales or service environment. Ideally from the Health/Leisure Industry.
· Passionate about fitness and care about helping others to achieve their health and fitness goals. Ensuring all members and prospects have an enjoyable experience at the club.
· Have a friendly and outgoing personality with outstanding communication and people skills. You will have the ability to drive the superb culture within our clubs and exhibit it in the local area to current and prospective members.
· You will be hands on with all club operational requirements assisting in delivering a clean and high service environment to the membership.
· Experienced in Social Media Management, Facebook & Instagram.
· Level 2 Gym Instructor Qualification preferred.
· Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification preferred.
· First Aid Certificate preferred.
