Atlas is currently expanding in Leeds City Centre and is looking for confident, motivated individuals to join the team as Full-Time Sales Assistants.
This is a fully face-to-face sales opportunity and is not a desk-based, office administration, or remote role. Successful candidates will be engaging directly with customers and clients in person, representing a variety of products and services across live campaigns and customer acquisition environments.
We are specifically seeking candidates who are available for an immediate start and can commit to a full-time Monday–Friday schedule with no exceptions.

The Role
As a Sales Assistant, you will be actively involved in direct customer engagement, campaign delivery, and sales performance.
This is a people-focused opportunity where confidence, communication, and professionalism are key.
Responsibilities include:
- Engaging directly with customers and clients in face-to-face environments
- Promoting, demonstrating, and selling products and services professionally
- Representing client brands confidently across multiple campaigns
- Building strong customer relationships and delivering positive experiences
- Supporting customer acquisition and campaign growth objectives
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
- Delivering accurate product and service information
- Developing your knowledge across different campaigns, products, and client sectors

Candidate Requirements

- Full-time Monday–Friday availability (essential)

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, events, or sales is helpful but not required, as full training is provided.
