Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Organizational Development Manager to lead initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness and employee engagement. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute organisational development strategies aligned with company objectives, focusing on leadership development, change management, and cultural transformation.
- Design engaging training programmes using tools such as Adobe Captivate and SharePoint to facilitate learning across various levels of the organisation.
- Collaborate with HR teams to identify talent needs, support succession planning, and implement effective onboarding processes.
- Mentor and coach managers and team leaders to optimise performance, fostering a high-performance culture through targeted mentoring initiatives.
- Utilise HRIS systems like Workday and HRIS platforms such as Salesforce to analyse data trends, measure programme effectiveness, and report on organisational health metrics.
- Lead initiatives to improve internal communication channels, ensuring clarity of organisational goals through compelling presentations and workshops.
- Manage external vendors or consultants when necessary to supplement internal capabilities in training or organisational assessment activities.
- Promote a positive work environment by championing diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being programmes.
Skills
- Proven expertise in organisational development with a strong understanding of human resources principles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Captivate for creating interactive e-learning content and SharePoint for content management.
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday and Salesforce for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver impactful presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor senior leaders and facilitate change management processes effectively.
- Strong teaching skills with the capacity to develop engaging training modules tailored to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with HR systems like HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) and experience in leveraging them for strategic decision-making.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
