Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective tenants via phone, email, and in person to understand their rental needs and preferences
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about available properties
- Negotiate rental terms and lease agreements to secure mutually beneficial arrangements
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, viewings, and negotiations within the company’s CRM system
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing tenancy agreements and updating property listings
- Support marketing efforts by promoting available properties across various channels
- Collaborate closely with landlords and internal teams to ensure tenant satisfaction and compliance with legal requirements
Requirements
- Proven administrative experience with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to build rapport with clients and team members
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse client base effectively
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate viewings, follow-ups, and documentation seamlessly
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of local rental laws and regulations is a plus but not essential; training will be provided
- Previous experience in real estate or property management is advantageous but not mandatory

Pay: £25,420.00-£50,000.00 per year
