E S Hartley Ltd are looking for a Part Time Vehicle Administrator who has previous experience working within a small-medium business environment.
This role may be ideal for a parent who wishes to carry out the school run as the working hours can accommodate this, (circa 25 hours per week). Salary 22k Per Annum (£13,750 per annum pro rated for 25 hours part time).
Duties will include (but not limited to): Loading vehicle details onto our Dealer Management Software, processing Vehicle Sales & Purchase Invoices, processing HPI checks, processing NOVA applications and First Registrations of Imported Vehicles, updating and maintaining vehicle records, processing vehicle warranties. A range of general administration duties are also required, including; reconciling customer payments on both our DMS and Sage, processing/reconciling credit card & fuel card receipts etc.
A good telephone manner and ability to work under own initiative is required as this is a very busy office environment.
A good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications. Any experience of a vehicle stock management system would be helpful but not essential or any experience within an accounts office environment.
