The Mayfair Pub & Kitchen in Doncaster City Centre has a number of openings for experienced Bartenders.
You will need to have an friendly, outgoing & happy approach to working whist multi tasking and prioritising work in a fast paced city centre bar that has become the go to bar for food and anyone looking to enjoy a party, be it a midweek karaoke or a big weekend out.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Collect payment from customers and provide accurate change
- Monitor customer behaviour and ensure responsible alcohol consumption
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare garnishes for drinks and ensure proper presentation
- Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a bartender is required.
- Knowledge of hospitality, catering, food service.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with a diverse clientele
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Familiarity with cocktail making is desirable

Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour
