Jark Worcester are currently recruiting for 2 experienced Team Leaders to join a busy and well-established waste recycling facility in Worcester.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term, stable role within a growing and essential industry.
Shifts Available:
- Day Shift: 06:00 – 14:30 (42.5 hours per week)
- Twilight Shift: 14:30 – 23:00 (Mon–Thu), 14:30 – 22:00 (Fri) – 41.5 hours
Pay & Benefits:
- £13.45 per hour
- Overtime available (Saturdays paid at time and a half)
- Supervisor cover rate: £16.45 per hour

The Role:
- Support the Supervisor in day-to-day site operations
- Lead and motivate a team within a fast-paced environment
- Ensure Health & Safety standards are always followed
- Monitor team performance and maintain operational records
- Assist with training and development of staff
- Operate machinery (training provided)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor
- Background in manufacturing, engineering, or similar environment
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety procedures
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Calm, friendly, and proactive approach
- Willingness to learn plant operations and weighbridge systems
