Remote Closer — Strive Online (UK Based)
£3,500–£7,000/month OTE | Warm Inbound Leads Only | Full-Time, Remote
Strive Online is hiring a Closer to take over all new booked meetings on our calendar. No cold calling, no prospecting, no chasing — every call is a warm inbound lead from our paid ads, pre-qualified and booked by our setter. Your only job is to show up and close.
What You'll Do
- Take all new sales calls booked on the calendar (warm inbound from ads)
- Close pre-qualified prospects — our setter handles qualification and booking
- Follow up with prospects who don't close on the first call
- Keep the CRM updated and report on pipeline daily
Compensation
- OTE: £3,500–£7,000/month
- 15% commission on closed deals
- £500 bonus for every £5,000 collected — rolls over every month
- Uncapped earning potential — your close rate determines your income
Who We're Looking For
- Proven closing experience (high-ticket sales preferred)
- Experience in or strong understanding of the marketing space
- UK based and available 9am–6pm
- Confident on Zoom, coachable, and hungry to hit targets
- Reliable — you take every call on the calendar, no exceptions
