The Rose and Crown is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in Hinton Charterhouse.

The Role
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and motivating the kitchen team
- Planning menus and developing seasonal dishes
- Preparing and presenting consistently high-quality food
- Managing stock, ordering, food costs, and waste
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
- Ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly during every service
From £17 per hour, depending on experience
Working days: Wednesday to Sunday
Days offMonday and Tuesday

We are looking for someone with strong kitchen experience, excellent organisational skills, and a genuine passion for food. Previous experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or in a similar leadership position is preferred.
