Junior Content Creator (Part-Time)

We are Innoviva, a growing marketing and AI agency based in Glasgow. We work with a variety of local businesses, with most of our clients being restaurants, cafés, takeaways, and other food businesses.
We are looking for a reliable and creative Content Creator who can visit client locations, capture content using a smartphone, and create simple but engaging social media content. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys photography, videography, and social media content creation and is looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Visit client locations across Glasgow to capture photo and video content
- Film food, drinks, restaurant environments, staff, and customer experiences using a smartphone
- Create simple short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook
- Edit content using CapCut or similar editing software
- Organise and upload content to shared folders
- Work closely with our marketing team to follow content plans and client requirements
- Assist with capturing content for promotions, events, and special offers
Requirements
- Experience creating content for social media
- Comfortable filming and photographing food and hospitality businesses
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut or similar software
- Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook content
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable transport is preferred but not essential
Bonus Skills
- Previous experience working with restaurants, cafés, or food brands
- Experience using Canva
- Photography experience
- Understanding of social media trends and viral content
What We’re Looking For
We are not looking for a professional videographer with expensive equipment. We are looking for someone who can consistently create good-quality content using a phone, follow instructions, and help our clients grow their online presence.

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
