About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated and reliable Water Hygiene Operative to join their expanding Water Management team, supporting a range of commercial and rail industry sites across Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing department delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and water hygiene services. Whether you already have experience within the water hygiene sector or are looking to build a long-term career in the industry, we are keen to hear from individuals who have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering high standards.

Hours: Monday to Friday (07:30 to 16:30)

Location: Northampton / Buckinghamshire with travel between sites

Contract: Temp to Perm opportunity

Van and fuel card provided
Key Responsibilities
-
Temperature monitoring of hot and cold water systems
-
Water sampling in accordance with current guidance
-
Routine flushing of little-used outlets
-
TMV inspection, servicing and testing
-
Shower head and hose cleaning and disinfection
-
Cold water storage tank inspections
-
Completing site records and reports accurately
-
Reporting defects and non-conformances
-
Maintaining excellent communication with clients and colleagues
Requirements
To be considered, you must:

Hold a full UK Driving Licence

Have excellent communication and customer service skills

Be organised with strong attention to detail

Be able to work independently and manage your own workload

Be competent using mobile devices and electronic reporting systems

Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Be able to provide relevant work references upon request
