Edmundson Electrical Birkenhead is looking for a motivated and customer focused Assistant Manager to join our newly opened branch. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, solving problems and working in a fast paced trade environment.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of trade accounts
Handle incoming enquiries by phone, email and on the trade counter
Prepare accurate quotations and follow up to secure orders
Support external sales staff with account development
Work closely with suppliers and warehouse team to ensure excellent service
Maintain strong product knowledge across the electrical wholesale range
What we are looking for
Minimum 3 years in an electrical wholesale position
Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
Commercial mindset with the ability to spot opportunities
Organised, reliable and able to work under pressure
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Team player who contributes to a strong branch culture
