Job Overview
We are a growing construction business with strong demand and a proven sales engine. We are now at the stage where delivery, scheduling and operational control need to be strengthened to support further growth. We are looking for someone to Own end-to-end delivery performance across multiple live projects, ensuring jobs are delivered on time, on budget, and with controlled margin variance.
Key Responsibilities
- Full ownership of job scheduling and sequencing
- Control of labour allocation across sites
- Subcontractor coordination and performance management
- Monitoring and protecting job margins during delivery
- Ensuring variations are captured and costed correctly
- Managing live operational risk across multiple projects
- Acting as final operational authority for delivery decisions

- Reduced job overruns
- Improved margin consistency between estimate and final accounts
- Predictable scheduling across all active jobs
- Fewer escalations to senior leadership
- Improved install efficiency and fewer delays
What This Role Is Not
This is not a project coordination role or administrative position. It requires full accountability for delivery outcomes, not task tracking.
In addition to the base salary there will be a bonus of between £5,000 and £15,000 depending on performance.
Pay: £55,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
