We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and people-focused individual to play a key role in supporting and growing fundraising across the Diocese. Working alongside our parishes, you will help unlock new opportunities for giving, strengthen regular support, and contribute to the long-term sustainability of churches and communities, enabling them to continue their mission, outreach, community engagement and care of their heritage.
Working closely with the Development and Fundraising Manager, you will provide vital coordination and administrative support for planned giving, parish fundraising campaigns and regular giving initiatives. You will help parishes maximise voluntary income by promoting planned giving, regular donations, Gift Aid and diocesan appeals, ensuring they have the resources needed to flourish now and in the future.
This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who enjoys building relationships, engaging with people, and turning ideas into action. The postholder will work closely colleagues in the Communications Team and across the Curia to support the Diocesan 10-year Mission Plan.
