- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain a clean and organised sales floor
- Process transactions accurately using the point of sale system
- Assist in restocking merchandise and monitoring inventory levels
*Skills*
-Some retail management experience
- Ability to sell products effectively
- Proficient in English; fluency in Welsh or other languages is advantageous
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic maths skills for processing transactions and handling cash
- Ability to use a smart phone/whatsapp competently for sales reportiong
