Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead and oversee our cleaning team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness across various premises while managing staff effectively. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations to ensure tasks are completed to the highest standards
- Assign duties to team members and monitor their performance, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of work areas to maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations
- Organise schedules and allocate resources efficiently to meet deadlines and client expectations
- Train new staff members on cleaning procedures, health & safety policies, and company standards
- Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, performance, and supplies inventory
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and address any concerns promptly
- Drive company vehicles when necessary for supply deliveries or site visits
Skills
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or facilities management industry
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Excellent organisational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively
- Good customer service skills with a professional attitude towards clients and staff
- Valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate transportation between sites
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
