Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various environments, ensuring a safe and welcoming space for clients and staff alike. Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces in designated areas
- Clean and restock restrooms, ensuring they meet health and safety standards
- Handle specialised cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning or window washing as required
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any issues or shortages promptly
- Ensure all areas are kept organised, safe, and hygienic at all times
- Assist with additional duties such as laundry or light maintenance when necessary
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs politely and professionally
Experience
- Previous experience in janitorial work, commercial cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or similar roles is preferred
- Skills in cooking or customer service are considered advantageous but not essential
- Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment is beneficial
- Experience in maintaining high standards of cleanliness in busy environments such as hotels or commercial premises is desirable
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
