Responsibilities
- Waste management during/ Post Cleaning
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas requiring additional attention or maintenance
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to ensure a clean and hazard-free environment
- Complete cleaning checklists and report any damages or maintenance issues to management promptly
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong focus on event spaces preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively during busy event schedules
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and event staff
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during shifts
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or irregular hours based on event schedules
