On behalf of ACAS (Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration), we are looking for a Research Analyst (Inside PAYE) for a 7 month contract which is a hybrid role so does require occasional travel to the London office
Specialist skills required within the team - don’t have the capacity in house.
Working across 2 different teams and two different hiring managers - both teams are really closely connected: 10 in total - will be engaging 1:1 daily with 1 Senior Policy Advisor.
As a Research Analyst, your main responsibilities will be:
- Responses received from Email / PDF / MS Office.
- Drawing out & reporting on themes - making them accessible for Policy team.
- Ensuring findings meet the needs of the policy team to make decisions based on the data.
- Challenging responses - identifying trends / themes in responses.
- Engaging & communicating with the policy team.
Essential Skills
- Confidence in dealing with a reasonable quantity of responses - manipulating text.
- Experience working in a policy context - informing public sector.
- Stakeholder Management skills across the business
- Public Sector Analysis experience and skillset
Desirable Skills
- Previous exp of analysing public consultations and employee relations
