Purchasing Manager – UK Fast Fuel
UK Fast Fuel is looking for an organised and commercially minded Purchasing Manager to oversee purchasing across three of our service station sites.
You will be responsible for ensuring each site has the right products, at the right price and at the right time. Working closely with site managers and suppliers, you will help improve product availability, control costs and maximise profitability.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing purchasing and stock requirements across three sites
- Sourcing products and identifying new suppliers
- Negotiating prices, promotions and commercial terms
- Placing and monitoring orders
- Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers
- Reviewing sales, margins and stock performance
- Ensuring sites maintain appropriate stock levels
- Identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve profitability
- Supporting site managers with product ranges and promotions
- Resolving delivery, pricing and supplier issues
- Monitoring waste, shortages and slow-moving stock
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good commercial awareness
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Confidence working with figures, margins and sales reports
- The ability to manage purchasing requirements across multiple locations
Experience within petrol stations, convenience retail, grocery or a similar fast-moving retail environment would be an advantage.

Pay: £29,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
