The Sales & Commercial Support Coordinator is responsible for providing sales and commercial administration support throughout the customer lifecycle, from order execution, project administration, through to completion and handover. Acting as a key link between Sales, Projects, Customer’s and Manufacturing, ensuring accurate administration, effective communication and the delivery of a positive customer experience.
Based in Milton Keynes, this role reports directly to the Head of Commercial Support and operates on a hybrid basis, with a requirement to be onsite two days per week.
Responsibilities
Order Coordination
Coordinate customer orders from receipt through to delivery and handover.
Manage SAP order processing and maintain order status and delivery schedules
Act as a liaison between customers, sales teams, factories and project teams.
Coordinate project handovers between Sales, Project and Service teams.
Sales & Commercial Support
Support the coordination of sales opportunities.
Complete pre-qualification questionnaires and alike.
Provide commercial administration support, including reviewing customer terms and conditions alongside the Head of Commercial Support.
Administration & Compliance
Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and contractual requirements.
Maintain accurate records in accordance with company procedures.
Adhere to corporate policies, quality standards and working instructions.
Provide support and cover across the wider Sales Support team as required.
Knowledge and Experience with SAP (Preferred)
Minimum of 3 years working in an office/projects environment (Preferred)
Good Interpersonal Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn, adapt to changing situations and flexible attitude to tasks
Able to work independently, under pressure and to time constraints
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
