Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Caretaker to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance, plumbing, joinery and gardening. Demonstrating leadership qualities while ensuring the smooth operation of facilities. This role requires the Caretaker to effectively supervise tasks and maintain high standards of service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance tasks to ensure all facilities are in optimal condition.
- Perform Plumbing, Joinery and outside work including gardening and tidying up. Ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Flexible 25 hours - 30 hours per week
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal, to communicate clearly with team members and clients.
