Now, we're looking for a passionate Junior Sous Chef to join our expanding brigade.
What we offer:
- The opportunity to develop your skills in an award-winning kitchen.
- Work with outstanding homegrown ingredients, from garden to plate.
- A fast-paced, high-energy environment where quality, consistency and teamwork are everything.
- A supportive kitchen culture, we work hard, but we play harder.
- Genuine opportunities for progression as our business continues to grow.
- We take our role seriously, but we welcome your creativity, personality and fresh ideas.
- 4 day working week with opportunity for overtime
- Christmas day and boxing day off
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a quality fresh-food kitchen.
- Someone who is ready to take on more responsibility and continue developing their leadership skills.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
- A genuine passion for cooking and an eagerness to learn.
- An eye for detail and pride in producing consistently excellent food.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
- A positive attitude with the confidence to support and motivate junior members of the team.
- A chef who values sustainability, seasonality and respect for ingredients.
- Someone who wants to grow with an ambitious restaurant that's making its mark on the region's culinary scene.
If you're ready to challenge yourself, develop your craft, and become part of a passionate team that lives and breathes food, we'd love to hear from you.
