Reform Electrical Distributors is a fast-growing independent electrical wholesaler based in Southampton.
The business has grown quickly in recent years and we recently had our first £1m month in sales. As the business continues to grow, we are looking for another person to join the internal sales team.
This role will suit someone who enjoys the buzz of electrical wholesale — speaking to customers, getting quotes out quickly, following them up and winning the orders.
A big part of the role is turning enquiries into orders. If you enjoy the feeling of getting a quote over the line, keeping things moving quickly and looking after customers throughout the day, you’ll probably enjoy this role.
Electrical wholesale can be fast paced and busy, so we are looking for someone who enjoys being productive, staying organised and keeping on top of quotes and enquiries.
We also have a great team environment. Everyone works hard but there’s plenty of banter and a good atmosphere in the office. People enjoy coming to work and the team gets on well. We’re looking for someone who will fit into that environment and contribute to the team.
Responsibilities
- Handling incoming customer enquiries
- Producing quotes quickly and accurately
- Following up quotes and securing orders
- Processing orders and managing customer requirements
- Building strong relationships with customers
- Supporting the external sales team where required
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Identifying opportunities to grow customer accounts
Requirements
- Recent electrical wholesale experience
- Experience in internal sales or trade counter
- Good communication skills
- Organised and reliable
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team player
- Someone who enjoys winning orders and delivering great service

- £30,000 – £40,000 basic salary (DOE)
