We're growing our team and are looking for a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly nursery in Huyton-with-Roby.
Whether you're an experienced practitioner or you've recently gained your Level 3 qualification, we'd love to hear from you.

What will you be doing?
You'll play an important part in creating a happy, safe and stimulating environment where our children can learn, play and develop.
Your day-to-day role will include:
- Building warm and positive relationships with the children in your care
- Creating fun and engaging learning opportunities through play
- Supporting and observing children's learning and development
- Helping children feel happy, secure and confident at nursery
- Building good relationships with parents and carers
- Working closely with your colleagues to provide consistently high-quality care
- Following our safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies
Who are we looking for?
You'll need to hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare or a relevant equivalent qualification.
Previous nursery experience is welcome, but it isn't essential. We're equally happy to hear from newly qualified Level 3 practitioners.
For us, the person matters too.
We're looking for someone who:
- Genuinely enjoys working with young children
- Is warm, caring and patient
- Brings enthusiasm and positivity into the nursery
- Understands the importance of learning through play
- Communicates well with children, parents and colleagues
- Enjoys being part of a team
- Is reliable and willing to learn and develop
If you also hold additional relevant qualifications or bring significant early years experience, we're happy to discuss an enhanced hourly rate.
