The Role
We’re looking for an experienced, confident, and reliable team member to join us full-time. You’ll be working across the bar, floor, and other areas of the business, ensuring guests receive top-quality service every time.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve drinks and food to a high standard with a friendly, professional approach
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Support the team during busy service periods
- Keep the bar, floor, and customer areas clean and well-presented
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Assist with stock rotation, restocking, and general pub duties
- Adhere to licensing laws, health & safety, and company procedures
About You
- Previous hospitality or bar experience is essential
- Confident working in a busy pub environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends
- Customer-focused and able to stay calm under pressure
