Job Type: Part-time
Shift Rota: Saturday and Sunday 0700-1900 (24 Hours Weekly)

Main Duties
Maintain a professional presence: determined, trustworthy, attentive, and approachable
Operate:
Phones
Emails
IT systems
CCTV
Alarm systems
Access control (doors and car park)
Monitor and respond to:
Suspicious activity
Potential criminal behaviour
Maintain control of incidents until emergency services arrive
Record, report, and escalate incidents to the Account Manager
Person Specification
Strong team player with a positive attitude
Ability to work independently
Previous security experience preferred
Flexible approach to working hours
Excellent customer service skills
Willingness to go above and beyond for clients and visitors
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Knowledge & Requirements
Understanding of:
Health and Safety at Work Act
Criminal and Civil Law
Police and Criminal Evidence Act
SIA Licence - (Door Supervision or Security Guarding) - Essential
