Due to continued growth, Mediq UK is now recruiting for a CRM System Specialist to join our commercial team at our HQ in Castle Donington.
The UK Customer Services Manager will deliver a first-class service to our customers throughout the customer service process, utilising, enhancing, and developing the expertise of their team of Customer Service Managers and Advisors.
Mediq UK is undergoing an ambitious commercial transformation, with Growth Hub (HubSpot) playing a central role in supporting sales, customer service and operational efficiency. The CRM System Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day management, governance and continuous improvement of the platform, ensuring it remains reliable, well-controlled and aligned to business processes while delivering trusted data and actionable insights.
Reporting to the Commercial Transformation Manager, this highly visible role sits within the Commercial Transformation team and works closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Contact Centre, Commercial Excellence, IT and Data teams, as well as external partners. It offers an excellent opportunity to influence Mediq UK’s commercial transformation by translating business requirements into scalable HubSpot solutions that improve sales discipline, customer experience and commercial performance.
Salary - £40,000 - £46,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform ownership : Act as the day-to-day administrator for HubSpot Sales Hub, Service Hub, Marketing Hub, Content Hub and associated data capabilities within the agreed operating model.
- User administration: Manage users, teams, permissions, licence’s and access, ensuring appropriate controls and efficient use of paid seats.
- Configuration: Maintain properties, record layouts, pipelines, forms, lists, workflows, automation, notifications and other core configuration.
- Operational support : Investigate user issues, resolve incidents within the role’s remit and coordinate support with IT, Data, HubSpot and implementation partners where required.
- Platform monitoring : Monitor workflows, integrations, imports and synchronisation processes. Identify failures or unintended outcomes and coordinate their timely resolution
- Data standards : Maintain agreed data definitions, mandatory fields, validation controls and record-management standards across companies, contacts, interactions, deals, tickets and other relevant objects.
- Data-quality monitoring : Identify duplicate, incomplete, inconsistent or outdated records and provide clear exception reporting to the relevant data owners and managers.
- Corrective action : Support teams in resolving data-quality issues and work with technical colleagues to address recurring or systemic causes.
- Compliance: Support appropriate data-retention, privacy, consent and access controls in line with Mediq policies and applicable data-protection requirements.
- Dashboard administration: Build and maintain trusted dashboards covering data hygiene, activity and engagement, pipeline, adoption, service performance and platform health.
- Reporting standards: Validate report logic and promote consistent definitions, filters and measures across teams and channels.
- Decision support: Turn platform data into clear and actionable insight for operational reviews, governance meetings and continuous-improvement activity.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a practical, service-oriented HubSpot specialist who combines technical expertise with strong judgement and an understanding of how CRM supports commercial performance.
- Proven hands-on experience administering HubSpot, particularly Sales Hub & Service Hub.
- Experience with Marketing Hub is highly desirable.
- HubSpot Administrator certification or equivalent demonstrable expertise, with a commitment to maintaining current platform knowledge.
- Experience configuring properties, objects, pipelines, workflows, permissions, forms, lists, reports and dashboards.
- Strong understanding of CRM data structures, data quality, governance and controlled change.
- Experience supporting sales operations, pipeline governance or CRM adoption in a multi-team or multi-channel organisation.
- Experience working with integrations, APIs, SFTP data feeds or middleware is desirable, although coding expertise is not essential.
An understanding of GDPR, consent management and appropriate controls for customer and contact data would be beneficial.
