Roofer / Building Contractor – Derby
Ongoing Contract
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Roofer / Building Contractor to work on an ongoing contract based in Derby.
This is a long-term opportunity for a reliable and hard-working individual who is comfortable carrying out a range of roofing and associated property maintenance works, including loft insulation installations.
Duties Will Include:
- General roofing repairs and maintenance
- Loft insulation installation works
- Completing jobs to a high standard
- Using a PDA/tablet to receive and complete job reports
- Travelling between sites as required
Requirements:
- Previous roofing experience essential
- Driving licence required – maximum 6 points
- Basic IT skills for using PDA systems and updating job information
- CSCS card preferred
- Basic DBS required
Qualifications Accepted:
One of the following is required:
- C&G Diploma in Roofing Occupations
- NVQ in Roofing Occupations
- CSCS Card
