About the Role
This is a busy, people-facing role sitting at the heart of the HR Operations function at CMR Surgical. CMR Surgical operates across multiple countries and regions, so a comfort with global working and an awareness of how people processes vary across jurisdictions will be important. Alongside this specialist focus, both HR Operations Advisors share responsibility for the day-to-day running of HR Ops: benefits administration, payroll support, data reporting, and being a first point of contact for people queries. This is a role suited to someone who brings strong operational discipline and the confidence to work with managers and employees across a globally dispersed organisation.
This role is offered on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of 3 days a week being based in the office.
