Bay Home Care is looking for friendly, reliable and compassionate Community Support Workers to join our team providing high-quality care and support to people in their own homes.

The Role
As a Community Support Worker, you will visit clients in their own homes and support them to remain as independent as possible.
Your duties may include:
- Providing personal care and support
- Helping with medication
- Preparing meals and drinks
- Supporting clients with everyday household tasks
- Providing companionship and reassurance
- Supporting clients to access their local community
- Recording care accurately
- Promoting dignity, independence and choice
What We're Looking For
Previous care experience is welcome but not essential, as training can be provided.
We are looking for people who are:
- Caring, patient and dependable
- Good communicators
- Respectful and professional
- Comfortable working independently
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to travel between clients in the local area
A driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable/required depending on the availability and location of shifts.
