The desk supports SaaS tech businesses on the hires that keep their customers engaged. Clients are UK wide and the market is busy. You'll place leadership roles across Customer Experience, Helpdesk, Account Management and Customer Success.
You'll work directly with our founder, 15 years in this industry and a top performer for most of them. The training behind this role is what makes it a fast track. You'll be in client conversations early, and you'll learn how to work with a client to build a role that has real impact. You'll get to know the talent in a market that keeps growing, and the depth of that insight is what sets you apart.

What we're looking for
Hard working. Tech savvy. Outgoing. Someone who sells a solution rather than reads a script.
Recruitment or sales experience helps. Neither is required. We'll teach you the tips and the tricks. What we can't teach is a natural ability to build a relationship and keep it.
