Role Title: Telesales / Sales Representative
- Location: Clayhill, Neston, Cheshire (Office-based)
- Salary: 10% Commission on Gross Sales upto £200k PA, then 15% on anything over £200k (£500k sales per annum will translate to £65k comission)

Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated, high-energy friendly voice to join our team in Neston. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our B2B sales pipeline. You will make outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce our products, book qualified appointments and close direct sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound B2B calls to generate new sales.
- Build rapport quickly with decision-makers and handle objections professionally.
- Manage and update the CRM system with accurate lead information.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly KPIs, including talk time and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Requirements & Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident, professional telephone manner.
- Resilience, a positive attitude, and a strong drive to build rapport.
- Basic IT literacy (MS Office and experience using CRM software is a plus).
- Must be reliably able to commute to Clayhill, Neston.
