Purpose of the role:
At our Service Centre in Earby, provide excellence in customer services to both internal & external customers, including National Retailers and Independent Stores.
The role does include some heavy manual handling when processing returned products daily.

Main duties and responsibilities
- Processing all returns from key UK customers both accurately & efficiently within Business Central and other business systems.
- Confirm & communicate returns with our independent retailers and our Customer Services department.
- Provide updates to retailers on returns status and be the key contact to resolve any issues regarding returned product.
- Be the internal point of contact for our Customer Services department in UK in relation to return processing & delivery updates
- Maintain customer portals with information on returns, shipment, delivery & stock availability.
- General administration duties
- Develop personal relationships with key internal & external stakeholders to help improve own performance.
Skills Required
- Previous experience within an administration/warehouse role.
- Must have Microsoft office experience.
- Be able to speak to retailers over the phone and email.
- Confident inputting into internal systems
- Be able to work well individually and as a team.
- IT literate (Good Excel skills and an understanding of all other Office products)
- Verbal and written communication which has impact.
- Working collaboratively with others and building excellent business relationships, both internally and externally.
- Capacity to develop and document procedures.
