Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor food production machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Follow strict food safety procedures, including HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) protocols, to prevent contamination and ensure product integrity.
- Assist in preparing ingredients and packaging materials according to production schedules.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas to identify maintenance needs or potential hazards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, including batch records and quality checks.
- Support cleaning and sanitation efforts in line with food safety standards to uphold a hygienic work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Skills
- Knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety regulations.
- Mechanical aptitude with basic understanding of machinery operation and troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients, calculating quantities, and recording data accurately.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.
