Key responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the coffee shop
- Lead, motivate and support a small team of Baristas and staff.
- Ensure exceptional customer service at all times
- Manage stock levels and place orders with suppliers
- Monitor sales, budgets and operational performance
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety and health and safety compliance
- Recruit, train and develop team members
Experience
- Previous experience in a hospitality management role is essential
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a friendly demeanour.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods.
- Excellent customer service and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Knowledge of food hygiene standards
