Our menu showcases the best of Scotland — West Coast seafood, Highland venison, modern classics — all delivered with care, consistency and a strong sense of identity.
With exciting expansion plans on the horizon, we are now seeking a Head Chef who can lead with confidence, creativity and a hands-on approach. This role offers genuine influence: you'll work closely with management and the owners to shape menus, elevate standards, and help steer Ardnamurchan into its next chapter of growth.

What You'll Do
- Lead the kitchen day-to-day with a calm, organised, hands-on presence
- Maintain Ardnamurchan's high standards of flavour, consistency and presentation
- Develop seasonal dishes and specials that champion Scottish produce
- Manage ordering, stock, GP and kitchen operations efficiently
- Train, support and motivate the team
- Work closely with management and owners on menu direction, service standards and future growth
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in a quality-driven kitchen
- Passion for Scottish ingredients, modern cooking and warm hospitality
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial awareness
