We’re opening our first authorised partner store in Guildford, and we’re building the team that will launch it.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on, sales-led role for someone who wants real responsibility from day one. Working directly alongside the Store Manager, you’ll help build the culture, drive conversion, and deliver a customer experience that keeps people coming back. If you have the drive to develop into a Store Manager role, this is where it starts.
The Role
- Own your section of the sales floor — lead by example on consultative, conversion-focused selling
- Support the Store Manager in developing and coaching the wider team
- Deliver a premium in-store customer experience that reflects Emma’s global reputation
- Maintain exceptional store presentation, stock accuracy, and operational standards
- Step up as acting Store Manager when required
- Contribute to hitting and exceeding monthly sales targets
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a sales-focused retail role — you know how to convert footfall into revenue
- Experience in or a strong interest in bedding, mattresses, furniture or premium home products
- Consultative selling ability across considered, higher-ticket purchases
- A natural communicator who builds trust quickly with customers and colleagues
- Ambition — you’re not looking for a job, you’re looking for a career
- Based in or able to commute easily to Guildford
The Offer
- Salary: £30,000 per year (based on experience)
- Commission: generous, uncapped commission on sales — your earnings reflect your performance
