Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to help oversee daily operations within our busy establishment. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen personnel, and baristas
- Oversee food preparation and ensure high standards of culinary presentation and quality
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Monitor performance, and provide training to optimise team efficiency
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant environment
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies to ensure seamless service
- Uphold hospitality standards to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
Experience
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food safety protocols
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative environment
- Familiarity with culinary processes, food production, and kitchen operations
- Previous experience in hotel or barista roles is advantageous but not essential
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hospitality environments
