Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organised Service / Parts advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be customer facing and be responsible the parts side of the business, ensuring the smooth operation.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with Motor Trade experiance and strong computer skills to contribute to a long established family business.
Responsibilities
- Answering and directing phone calls with professional etiquette
- Assisting with scheduling customer appointments and update customers as work progress of their vehicles.
- Preparing customers invoices and collecting payments.
- Managing the parts operation, placing orders when necessary, controlling stock levels and pricing.
- Supporting administrative tasks such as assisting with bookkeeping tasks using Xero or similar accounting software, producing social media content and as a small business general what ever needs doing.
Requirements
- Previous Motor trade experience is preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) would be useful but not essential.
- Experience with Xero or similar accounting software is advantageous
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: £28,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
