Job Description
Beverly Phillips Professional Services Ltd is looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to provide strategic people leadership across the organisation. You will work closely with senior management to align HR initiatives with business objectives, drive organisational effectiveness, and support a high-performing, engaged workforce through every stage of the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies that support business growth.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, workforce planning, organisational design, and change management.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.
- Analyse workforce trends and HR metrics to support informed business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation, company policies, and best HR practices.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in HR business partnering or senior human resources leadership.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law, employee relations, and organisational development.
- Excellent influencing, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead complex people initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent professional HR accreditation is highly desirable.

Pay: £66,000.00-£78,000.00 per year
