Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Manager to oversee and deliver complex projects for our Enterprise Clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent time management, and proficiency with industry-specific software. The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and ensure project objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Utilise software tools and AI to schedule, monitor, and control project activities.
- Lead project teams by assigning tasks, setting priorities, and providing guidance to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Monitor project progress against milestones; identify potential risks or delays and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, resource utilisation, and financials for senior management review.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and organisational standards across all project phases.
- Manage changes to scope or schedule in collaboration with stakeholders while maintaining project integrity.
Skills
- Proven experience in project management within SaaS Software, FM, Civil Engineering or Construction sectors.
- Proficiency in software for scheduling and project control activities.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills to liaise confidently with clients, team members, and external partners.
- Leadership qualities to motivate teams and drive project success.

Pay: £40,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
