As a Lecturer in Construction and the Built Environment you will:
- Produce and manage every learner's individual learning plan to ensure they achieve their highest potential
- Promote student progress, engagement and achievement, and ensure a high-quality student experience
- Develop and produce high-quality learning materials
- Promote student engagement with the Construction Sector
We are looking for enthusiastic professionals who can promote a culture of excellent behaviour, motivation and high learner performance through excellent standards of teaching and learning. In addition, you should be an excellent team player and have a passion for supporting students to succeed.
You will have:
- A degree in Construction or other related discipline, a Higher National Diploma, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or equivalent
- GCSE in Maths and English A*-C/9-4 or equivalent
- Experience of teaching Construction or a similar Level 3 qualification
- A PGCE or recognised full teaching qualification is desirable but not essential
