Nursery Practitioner OR Room Leader - Staines, Middlesex, TW18
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a qualified Nursery Practitioner and an experienced Room Leader to join a lovely, well-established nursery in Staines, TW18.
Whether you're an experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner looking for your next long-term role, or an established Baby Room Leader ready to continue leading a dedicated team, we'd love to hear from you. You'll be joining a friendly, supportive nursery where every child is encouraged to thrive through engaging, high-quality early years education.
Salary: (Salary dependent on qualifications, experience and hours.)
- Nursery Practitioner: £27,500–£29,000pa / Up to £13.95ph
- Room Leader: Circa £30,000pa / £14.42ph
Hours: (Permanent, all year round)
- 40 hours over 5 days (36 hours over 4 days considered for Practitioner applicants)
- Shifts between 8:00am–6:00pm
- Please note we cannot accommodate term-time or school-hours working.

About the Roles
As part of this welcoming nursery team, you'll help deliver outstanding care and education in line with the EYFS, creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment where children can flourish.
For candidates applying as a Room Leader, you'll also lead and support the baby room team, inspire best practice, and build strong relationships with families while ensuring the highest standards of care for children aged 3 months to 2 years.
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Have previous Nursery Practitioner experience (Room Leader applicants should also have leadership and baby room experience)
- Have a good understanding of the EYFS and child development
- Be a positive team player with excellent communication skills
- Be passionate about providing outstanding childcare
- Be eligible to work in the UK
